Dive into a world of various styles of yoga where you can select which practice speaks to you in real time. Here you will find 30 minute Hatha practices which balance strength and flexibility. Hour long Gentle Hatha Classes which target major muscle groups, and a mind body balance with gentle sequencing. And in addition, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release Yoga (therapy balls are required for these classes), and Yang Yin will be included in your access.
